Cancellation & Booking Policy
By signing below, I agree to the following:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee.
Same-day cancellations will result in a 100% service charge (excluding the Mobile Sanctuary Fee).
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before future bookings can be made.
